Let’s be honest: Dinner can be difficult.
Family, kids, activities, work, working late, self-care, balance – mixing any or all of those things is a challenge! Sometimes at the end of the day, the last thing you want to think about is taking out a ton of ingredients and creating dishes for yourself later that evening!
It can be stressful and it can take a long time.
But the secret to a great dinner is to use store-bought ingredients, spice them up and then cook – but don’t let it take too long! You see, dinner is more about getting food on the table than what the food is. No, I don’t suggest just ordering take out every night and I hope my recipes help you focus on what’s important – good food with good people.
